Do you charge Sales Tax?

Hot Biker Leathers does not charge sales tax for orders placed outside of Virginia! If you order within the state of Virginia, you will be charged an additional 5% for sales tax
 

How can I pay for my order?

We accept checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal.

 How do I place an order when paying  by check?

Complete your order.  Indicate you will be paying by check and enter your check number in the box provided.  Checks should be made payable to Rivah Shores, LLC and mailed to:

• 173 Piney Forest Drive
• Colonial Beach, VA  22443

Checks must be received by Rivah Shores no later than 10 days after order is placed.

 Can I place an order other than on the web site?

Yes, we accept phone orders and fax orders!

How are shipping charges calculated?

A flat rate of $17 per order is charged for shipping and handling.  Remember, for orders over $200 no shipping charges apply. 

How are items shipped?

Items are shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. Additional charges will be incurred. 

How do I return an item?

An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number will be required prior to returning any item.

How are back orders handled?

All back orders will be shipped within 45-60 days unless otherwise directed by the customer.
