It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect all merchandise upon receipt. Any discrepancies, defects or shortages must be reported to Rivah Shores, LLC immediately. Merchandise with factory defects will be accepted for exchange within 30 days with a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Contact Us to receive your RMA #, RMA #‘s are required for all returns. Please write the RMA # on the outside of each package for faster service. All other returns must be in perfect condition. Rivah Shores, LLC reserves the right to determine the nature of any defects and/or discrepancies on all return merchandise. Any credits/replacements will be made only after returns have been received by Rivah Shores, LLC.
No refunds on closeouts or discontinued items. Exchanges subject to availability.
Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and include original product packaging.
Rivah Shores, LLC will pay return shipping if we sent the wrong item or size.
Rivah Shores, LLC is not responsible for items lost during return.
Any refused order will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus shipping reimbursement.

Restocking Fee:

A restocking fee of 15% will be charged on merchandise returned more than 30 days after receipt of goods. Merchandise in perfect condition or defective can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Any package returned without an RMA # will be subject to an additional 10% restocking fee..

All back orders will be shipped within 45 to 60 days unless otherwise advised by the customer.

Hot Biker Leathers does not charge sales tax for orders placed outside of Virginia! If you order within the state of Virginia, you will be charged an additional 5% sales tax
